
Book4Time Welcomes Morgans Hotel Group as a New Client
Book4Time is pleased to welcome Morgans Hotel Group as a new client. Agua at Mondrian L.A., Agua at Mondrian Miami, Agua at Delano and the Spa at Shore Club have all incorporated Book4Time’s web-based spa management software into their spa operations.
“With the user-friendly scheduler and intuitive programming, training staff on the Book4Time system has been a breeze,” commented Magdaleena Nikolov, General Manager of Agua at Mondrian Miami. “My favorite part of Book4Time is the reports, I love the reports. The amount of data available and the ease with which I can access it makes my job a lot easier.”
From an infrastructure perspective, the change couldn’t be more welcome. “Not having to invest in hardware was a big plus for me,” said Stalin Gaisie, IT Manager for Morgans Hotel Group. “I’ve also found it to be an intuitive, easy to learn system. I can sit down with an employee and within ½ hour give them a good overview of the system and the rest they can generally pick up on their own.”
The first Morgans Hotel Group property, Morgans on Madison Avenue in New York City, was developed in 1984 and became an instant hit. Since then, Morgans Hotel Group has added 12 other properties to its roster, each with a unique design and atmosphere but all providing the Morgans experience of “living life intensified.”
