  • How much does training cost?
  • Your personalized one-on-one online training sessions with your dedicated Product Specialist are included with your initial start-up cost of $1,250. Onsite training is considered a Professional Service and will be billed at our professional service rate of $125 per hour.
  • How are product enhancement requests handled?
  • Any product enhancement requests will be thoroughly reviewed by our Product Team and prioritized for addition to future releases based on the merit and popularity of the request. If there is a specific function you just can’t live without we do bump up the priority of customer-funded requests whenever possible.
  • When you say 24/7 help available, does that really mean 24/7?
  • Absolutely! Ask any of our customers, one of the best things of owning a Book4Time account is being able to work with a supplier who actually wants to see your business grow and succeed! Although our set help desk hours are 8:30 am – 5:30 pm EST Monday through Friday, we have 24/7 emergency support monitoring to ensure that we’re available whenever you may need us.
  • What resources are available to me without having to consult customer service?
  • Book4Time has an extensive help library conveniently located right within the system! In the help section you’ll find everything from help videos to the latest enhancements to how to use special features. If you need an answer right away, fear not, Book4Time makes sure it’s right at your fingertips!
