• Book4Time is developed using the latest Microsoft .Net platform and follows open standards for interoperability, security and database access.
• How often does your system go down for scheduled maintenance?
• All scheduled maintenance is performed during off hours between 1:30 am and 2:30 am EST. Downtime for maintenance upgrades typically lasts between 10 to 15 minutes.

• Can I host the application myself?
• For large enterprise accounts we do offer server licensing and professional services to implement your own data center.
• Can Book4Time run without internet access?
• No. As a web-based application Book4Time requires an internet connection to run.
