By narrowing our concentration, we have been able to create the most comprehensive system available to serve the needs of our spa and salon clientele.
How customizable is Book4Time to my business?
Extremely. Book4Time is not a generic software system, it was designed to be a customized solution for your spa and salon management needs. Once you become a Book4Time client, a dedicated Product Specialist will work with you to tailor the system to the exact needs of your unique business.

How much training is required to use Book4Time?
Book4Time provides one-on-one dedicated online training with a product specialist to ensure you know your system inside and out. For staff training, Book4Time provides you with helpful training videos and a comprehensive help library to make your training process fun and easy. The system is also very user-friendly and intuitive – many customers find they can easily learn the system as they go.
Is training offered online or onsite?
Book4Time offers both online and onsite training. In addition, we can also provide onsite go-live and post-implementation support to ensure your staff is fully trained on the software.

Is Book4Time public or private?
Book4Time is a privately held company located just north of Toronto in Richmond Hill, Ontario; the centre of Canada’s information technology heartland, nourished by the lowest after-tax R&D costs in the G7 countries.
Is the company profitable and how is it financed?
Since inception, Book4Time has been, and continues to be, a profitable company. The initial seed capital and financial backing is provided by Founder & CEO, Roger Sholanki’s private investment firm.

What industry standards does Book4Time follow?
Book4Time is developed using the latest Microsoft .Net platform and follows open standards for interoperability, security and database access.
How often does your system go down for scheduled maintenance?
All scheduled maintenance is performed during off hours between 1:30 am and 2:30 am EST. Downtime for maintenance upgrades typically lasts between 10 to 15 minutes.
