Tim Chen, M.Sc.

Vice-President, Engineering

As head of engineering and product development of Book4Time's scheduling solution, Tim brings over 10 years of software engineering and technical leadership to the team.

Prior to Book4Time, Tim worked as a senior architect and software engineer for Capture.Net Technologies where he was directly responsible for the design and development of many systems including the company's loyalty system.

From 1997 to 1999, he worked as a Web Developer for Domain Network Software, a consulting company where he worked on client projects that included a Video On-Demand service, e-commerce sites and a Police Registry System. Prior to that he worked for China's leading telephone company, Shenda Telephone where he developed a call center management system.

Tim holds a Masters degree in Engineering from the University of Toronto and is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
