Cal Bruner brings over 25 years of financial, tax and business management experience, and has held various executive level positions for private and public companies.

Specializing in start-up and venture funding situations, Mr. Bruner has significant experience in raising capital in public markets and is currently working with Leasecor Equipment Finance Inc., a private equipment leasing company that received new venture capital funding in 2005.

Prior to his involvement with Leascor, Cal held various executive financial positions, and has been on the Boards of a number of public companies. These have included Vice-President of Finance of Capture.Net, Murcon Ltd., Advantaxcel Communications Corp., International Pursuit Corporation, Process Capital Corporation and Senior Vice-President, Taxation and Treasurer for Cineplex Odeon Corporation.
